Web-Based Chatbot
- CBA's chatbot 'Ceba' can be found on their website in the chat tab of NetBank.
- Ceba is ready to answer user's questions or point them in the right direction if they need to speak to a customer service agent
- Other functionality includes activating a card and setting a PIN, checking account balances, making payments, setting up automatic payments between accounts, using Cardless Cash in the CommBank app, checking the status of an application
For security purposes Ceba lives behind the NetBank log on security gate. This means that any personal info you share with Ceba remains private
